We have such an amazing opportunity on October 27th at 5 PM to connect as a church family across generations!

It is also an opportunity for you to get involved and make a difference in someone's life. 

This would be a great fun event to invite your unsaved friends and family to so they can connect with other believers in a comfortable friendly environment, enjoying a hot dog or a smore by the fire, playing a game of 9 square in the air or corn hole, taking a hay ride or playing games while their kids bounce in the bounce house! It will be fun for the whole family!

We need volunteers to help us get this wonderful church event off the ground and make it next level!

CANDY DONATION

We need some really yummy candy donated so every child can go home with a goody bag full of candy. 

CANDY BAGGER

We need some volunteers to put the candy in bags to hand out to the children as they leave.

HAY RIDES

We need a volunteer to donate a truck and trailer, get hay from grandaddy's farm (the church can purchase the hay), and do 4-5 trips around the neighborhood during Fall Fest.

CARNIVAL GAMES

We need volunteers who will help come up with and bring and set up a carnival game on the lawn at 4:30 PM that Friday.

Ideas: bean bag toss, tic-tac-toe, ladder ball, duck pond, fishing for candy, ping pong ball toss into a pumpkin, knock the cans down, etc.

We already will have ladder ball, corn hole and corn pit full of candy.

FIRE MEN OR WOMEN

We need volunteers to get the fires burning and keep them burning. Wood and fire pits are provided.

BOARD GAMES & CARD GAMES

We need volunteers to bring games for the adults to play in the Student Ministry Center.

DRINKS

We need a volunteer to get hot water on tap prepared with some hot chocolate and marshmallows and hot apple cider ready at 4:30 PM.

POPCORN

We need volunteers to prep the popcorn machine and pass out popcorn.
